I have never taken a Pilates or Rebound Class before, is that ok?
Yes, our classes are designed for everyone regardless of fitness level or experience. We offer modifications in our workouts to accommodate all of our clients' needs.
How old do you have to be to take a class?
We require a minimum age of 18 to attend a class.
Is there a beginner class?
We offer a beginner-level Pilates class once a week, but it is not required to attend our All Level Classes. All classes are curated for beginner to experienced levels through modifications and enhancements.
What should I wear to class?
We recommend workout attire and grip socks.
How many times a week should I attend?
This varies depending on an individual person, but we recommend a minimum of three classes per week. Consistency is key!
How early should I arrive?
If it is your first class, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to go over the machine explanation.
What do I need to bring to class?
Reformer Pilates Class: We recommend bringing water and grip socks *grip socks are not required*
Rebound Class: We recommend bringing water and a yoga towel. *grip socks are REQUIRED*
Are private, semi-private, and group private training session available?
Yes! You will purchase through our online platform and text Brittany at 832-784-1680 to schedule. You are not able to schedule private training sessions online.
Can I suspend or extend my unused passes?
We are not able to suspend or extend passes past their expiration date. Monthly passes and the introductory offer will expire 30 days after purchase, class packs will expire six months after purchase, and promotional passes will expire based on their unique expiry date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you need to cancel your class, you must do so 12 hours before the start time of your scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in losing your class credit.
- If you are a no-show, you will lose your class credit for your scheduled class.
- If you have a 6-month or 12-month unlimited membership and you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
